It is the sole responsibility of the buyer, not the Company, to determine and obey all applicable laws that may apply to the possession, use, and ownership of any item purchased from the Company.

The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Master Cutlery LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to the buyer’s:

• violation of any law or regulation, or
• misuse, possession, or resale of any item purchased.
